Canada post listed my order from these guys as delivered. Contacted Canada post and they confirmed that this company sent my package to the wrong house number on my street. For obvious reasons I dont want to go over there and ask for it, lol.

I contacted them and they said that Canada post is wrong and they are doing a trace.

I asked for a refund and they declined and said no. Furthermore they said that this is out of their hand and are not responsible.

So I requested they send me a new package to the correct address and tell canada post to return the original package to them when found. They did not get back to me.

So I payed for a product with no delivery date in sight.. Oh and they sent a bunch of adult products to another house on my street, lol
